I acknowledge that:

  1. The controller of my personal data is: Battara Bartoszek Kuliński BBK Kancelaria Radców Prawnych i Adwokatów sp. p., registration number (KRS): 0000966228 (“BBK”), address: ul. Widok 8, 00-023 Warsaw (Poland);
  2. BBK will process my personal data based Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), namely based on GDPR Article 6.1.(a), in order to respond to inquiries and continue email correspondence;
  3. BBK may request processing of my personal data from third parties who provide BBK with services, for example in the area of accounting, IT support;
  4. My personal data will not be transmitted outside the territory of the European Union;
  5. BBK will process my personal data as long as email correspondence is exchanged and during the statutory period;
  6. I have a right to request access to my personal data, rectify or erase it, restrict its processing or object against it, as well as a right to transfer the data;
  7. I have a right to withdraw my data processing consent at any time, however such withdrawal will not impact the legal compliance of the processing occurred beforehand based on my consent;
  8. I have a right to file a complaint with the President of the Polish Office of Personal Data Protection (UODO) whenever I believe that the processing of my data is unlawful;
  9. I disclose my personal data voluntarily but it is required for correspondence purposes;
  10. My personal data will not be covered by automated decision making (including profiling).
